Located in the heart of downtown Lewisburg, within its charming, nationally registered historic district, Copper Beech Manor is truly a ‘home away from home’ while still maintaining an atmosphere of relaxed elegance for the most discriminating guest. Conveniently situated approximately four blocks from Bucknell University, the Manor is just steps away from restaurants, shopping, churches, and museums.
Opened in 2009, the Manor is a mix of historic architecture along with elegant and traditional décor, inviting you to sit, relax and just enjoy! The dining area, spotlighting original art from local artists, features tables for two, allowing for intimate conversations while still close enough to visit with other guests. The five guest rooms, each with their own personality and private baths, are complimented with individually controlled air conditioning, flat screen television, and complimentary Internet service. Quilts made by the owner provide an added element of comfort in each guest room. A Keurig coffee station is located just outside guest rooms, stocked with coffees and teas and available 24/7. In the rear of the Manor, guests are invited to enjoy the wisteria-covered pergola and gardens, and relax to the soothing sounds of the Koi pond and waterfall. s
However, once in the garden, the aroma of freshly baked cookies may provide enough temptation to lure you back indoors. As shared by Innkeepers, Linda and Bill Petry, “One of our greatest joys is to prepare and serve great food, so be prepared to indulge! Life is way too short not to enjoy good food.” Consider GIFT CARDS for family, friends and associates.
